A decade ago, Fatima and Sam left their corporate careers in the oil and gas industry to pursue a shared vision: providing a superior contractor experience for our Permian Basin community. With Fatima’s passion for architecture and project planning, and Sam’s dedication to building lasting relationships and delivering exceptional customer service, they founded Urethane USA, specializing in spray foam insulation.

What began as an insulation company quickly grew, thanks to the trust and loyalty of their clients, who requested additional services such as roofing, turf, and flooring. Over the years, they expanded their offerings, completing projects ranging from residential renovations to the construction of a gas station travel center.
